WickedStreetwear does not guarantee or promise you to receive your package by any particular date regardless of method of shipping selected.  

BY ORDERING FROM THIS SITE YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING RETURN POLICY
You may return your purchase for any reason within 7 days after receiving your merchandise for  virtual store credit or exchange only. All items returned must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with the tags still attached.  NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN ONLY STORE CREDIT.

If there is a defect WickedStreetwear will only replace the defect item with the same item upon return of the defective item.  WickedStreetwear is not responsible for misuse, mishandling or any other actions or inactions attributable to the purchaser and or carrier (USPS, UPS, Fedex etc).

In the case of credit card fraud and unauthorized use of a credit card, Wickedstreetwear.com will not authorize any full refunds or returns.  If the charge is disputed we will then notify the local police department with a report as well as the F.B.I credit card fraud department for fraudulent action on the offending account.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

When will my order ship ?
If the item is in stock, we will ship orders within 3-10 business days from the time the order is placed. Weekend orders will not be processed until Monday. If for some reason your item is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail.
When will I receive my order ?
Depending on your location you should recieve most orders within 2-3 weeks. Some items might be drop-shipped from the manufacturer or distributor and may not arive at the same time. On occasion Items may be out of stock and we will notify you via e-mail.

All returns must be pre-authorized,  it's either wrong size, wrong item shipped or defective item.  Please specify the reason for the return on the original invoice.  If you were to receive a defective item, you must notify us within 5 business days of when you received the product to qualify for a return or exchange. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we will not authorize your return or exchange.
 To receive authorization for a return, you must contact customer service at customerservice@wickedstreetwear.com within 30 days to obtain a Return Authorization number known as an RA number. You cannot receive an RA number after the 30 days. All returns that are not exchanged for another item and are refunded are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

ALL SHOES ORDERED BY THE CUSTOMER IN THE WRONG SIZES WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE UPON RETURN.  The correct size shoe will be sent regular UPS ground regardless of original shipping method.  The new size will be reshipped by WickedStreetwear free of charge for the first size correction ONLY.  All subsequent returns will be charged an additional $8 for reshipping of the shoe. 

Please be advised that WickedStreetwear does NOT guarantee delivery on or before any specific date, please email the customer service center and inquire as to the in stock/ back order status of a particular item.

SHIPPING METHOD SELECTION - All shipping is thru USPS with delivery confirmation.  You may request alternate methods but rates may vary.

Once we receive your exchange request, we will e-mail you a return authorization number. All returns authorized by WickedStreetwear are subject to inspection to insure that the item is unworn and unused with the tags still attached.
